The Celebration Blooms stamp is being issued as a Forever stamp. This Forever stamp will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate.

Definitely more expensive than a reg book of stamps but sometimes I need quicker than the post office will ship them so works in a pinch.
